Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a master's degree from the University of Chicago. I have trained and practiced across a range of settings including clinical psychology research, community health centers, hospitals, and outpatient clinics, and now offer individual psychotherapy both in person and online.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with women navigating OCD, complex anxiety disorder, and/or relational trauma. I am particularly drawn to working with people who are highly self-aware and intellectually engaged with their inner lives, but find that understanding alone hasn't been enough to create the change they're looking for. Many of my clients also struggle with perfectionism, chronic self-doubt, people-pleasing, and critical self-talk, as these patterns often sit at the intersection of both anxiety, and early relational experiences.

What you can expect from me

My clinical approach integrates several empirically supported modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I believe that lasting change requires working with both the mind and the body, and I draw on my training as a registered yoga teacher (RYT 200) to incorporate somatic and mindfulness-based practices into my clinical work, offering clients a broader range of tools for processing experience and building a sense of inner safety.
