Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Jane Kilmer, a licensed psychotherapist specializing in Somatic (body-based) Therapy. I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, women's issues, maternal mental health concerns, stress management challenges, family conflict, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, religious trauma and spiritual shifts, physical health concerns, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, holistic, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change occurs when we connect with both our body, emotions and our inner strengths. I integrate Somatic Therapy, Attachment Based Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Positive Psychology, Strength-Based Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness-based interventions to support healing and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel safe showing up exactly as you are. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is important to me, and I strive to create a space where you can slow down, explore your experiences, and reconnect with your inner strengths. Together, we'll identify meaningful goals and develop practical strategies that support healing and growth.
