Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, depression, trauma, or major life transitions leave you feeling disconnected from yourself and unsure how to move forward. You may be struggling with stress, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, motherhood or parenting concerns, or simply feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, women's issues, maternal mental health concerns, stress management challenges, family conflict, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, physical health concerns, and life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy seeking a compassionate space where they can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and create meaningful change. Together, we'll explore your experiences, identify strengths, and develop practical tools that support healing, resilience, and greater emotional well-being. My goal is to help you cultivate greater self-understanding, restore balance, and create a life that feels more aligned with your values and authentic self.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, holistic, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change occurs when we connect with both our emotions and our inner strengths. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Positive Psychology, Strength-Based Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness-based interventions to support healing and personal growth. In our work together, we may explore anxiety, depression, trauma, women's issues, maternal mental health concerns, stress management, relationship challenges, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and life transitions. I often incorporate mindfulness, body awareness, and values-based practices to help clients better understand themselves and develop healthier ways of responding to life's challenges. Therapy is designed to help you strengthen resilience, increase self-awareness, process difficult experiences, and create sustainable changes that support long-term emotional wellness and personal fulfillment.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel safe showing up exactly as you are. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is important to me, and I strive to create a space where you can slow down, explore your experiences, and reconnect with your inner strengths. Together, we'll identify meaningful goals and develop practical strategies that support healing and growth. Through therapy, you may experience greater emotional awareness, improved coping skills, increased resilience, stronger self-confidence, and a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships. My goal is to help you feel empowered to navigate life's challenges with greater clarity, balance, and self-compassion while creating lasting and meaningful change.
