Great to meet you!

I am Licensed Professional Counselor with my Masters in Counseling Psychology. I have worked in the mental health field for over 10 years and have counseled children, teens, and adults for over 6 years. I provide individual and family therapy to children, teens, young adults, and adults. My specialties include anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment, parent child relationships, grief and loss, and relationships. I am accepting, communicative and strive to understand who you are as a person.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I conceptualize each person or family individually and foster an accepting, non judgmental environment. I work from where you are currently and utilize approaches shown to have clinical effectiveness, including CBT, DBT, EMDR, Mindfulness, Attachment focused therapy, Parent Child Interaction Therapy, and Collaborative Problem Solving. I utilize expressive therapies (play therapy, art, movement, etc.) with children to facilitate safety and expression of their experiences.

What you can expect from our first session

In our time together, I will listen without judgement to create safety, understand your unique experiences, and help you to identify the current areas of your life that you are needing support in. Together, we will create therapeutic goals for you, your child, or your family and I will help you navigate your current challenges to begin finding relief and fulfillment.

*I do not currently accept EAP plans, and do not currently have any 6 pm or later availability for scheduling.
