Great to meet you!
Many people come to therapy because they feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from the life they want to live. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, ADHD, family conflict, life transitions, or postpartum changes, you don't have to navigate it alone. My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where you feel comfortable being yourself while working toward meaningful, lasting change.
I earned my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University and my BA at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I also hold an MFA in Creative Writing from the University of Virginia, and that training informs my work as I help clients find their authentic voices. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families, tailoring treatment to each person's unique experiences and goals. Together, we'll identify what's keeping you stuck, build practical tools to manage life's challenges, and create healthier patterns that help you feel more confident, connected, and fulfilled.
