Great to meet you!

When working with me, clients feel accepted, valued, and supported in their journey. They will also be challenged to move beyond their comfort zone to create the change they desire.

My approach to therapy

When working with a client, I look at the whole, unique individual, taking mind, body, and soul into account. Those I work with have a strong desire for change, and must be willing to sit with their emotions, practice skills learned in session, and commit to living their best lives.

What you can expect from me

Clients will take away the knowledge that the only person they can change is their self. They will learn to challenge their thoughts, and ingrained behavioral patterns learned during early childhood, that may no longer be serving them. They will come to understand that our early childhood experiences shape our belief systems, and these beliefs may not be moving us in the direction of our dreams and goals.
