Great to meet you!

Hello! Is life feeling heavy, or are you experiencing a major life transition? My background is working with teens and adults. I specialize in trauma, depression, anxiety, self esteem, grief, and personality disorders. My style is warm and fun, partly so you leave feeling as if you took in a breath of fresh air, at the same time as reaching your goals. Sessions lead with a person-centered approach and evidence-based practices. I value the importance of trust when working with clients. Together, we will create an individualized plan, where you approve each decision. The purpose would be to have clear goals, and monitor progress.

My approach to therapy

My experience includes working with various age populations, from 6-81 years old. Environments such as Youth and Family Services, child protection agencies, homeless shelters, and outpatient work have emphasized the importance of providing compassionate and quality care, with confidence to handle any complexities that life brings.

What you can expect from me

Anyone who tries to make the commitment to start therapy deserves a lot of credit! What sets apart a good from a great therapist is one who always appreciates a clients effort, and will innately be able to empathize and listen. I make this standard. There is a special purpose in feeling seen. For more info schedule a free consult! I look forward to meeting!
