Great to meet you!

Hi I'm Jane Miclon. I use an eclectic approach but trauma informed. I am very empathetic, compassionate, yet do not shy away from gentle pushes towards growth/healing. I want to join you in your journey to reduce symptoms and build on your own strengths. I enjoy guiding clients towards the goals they set for themselves.

My approach to therapy

I talk with my clients about their goals for therapy and ask questions about their lives and childhood to help understand when the symptoms started and how to connect the past with the present. I have so much admiration for my client's ability to be vulnerable; I deeply know how hard it is to show up and do the work. I can use several modalities to help address your symptoms.

What you can expect from me

I hope my clients will gain a new perspective/ understanding of how their symptoms started and how they can be reduced over time. I want them to begin to feel their strengths and build a more positive image of themselves.
