I am deeply dedicated to a trauma-informed, person-centered approach. My professional experience includes extensive knowledge in assessment, treatment planning, and various therapeutic interventions. I earned my Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Canisius College. I have experience working with individuals at various stages of life. I have worked in diverse communities and I hope to create an accepting, inclusive environment.
My hope is to provide a safe and inclusive space for individuals choosing to make positive changes in their lives. I believe that growth occurs through understanding how one’s past circumstances can impact their present functioning. I will use a trauma-informed, person-centered approach to support you. My modalities of treatment are include person centered, EMDR, CBT and more. I will work with you to identify your needs and wants, fostering a greater sense of empowerment.
