Great to meet you!

I've spent nearly five decades building a private practice rooted in genuine connection and life experience. Over the years I've supported people working through anxiety, depression, and PTSD, and I bring a steady, grounded presence to every session. My clients often tell me they value working with someone who has lived through real seasons of change, and I try to meet each person exactly where they are. I believe therapy works best when it considers the whole picture of someone's life, not just a single symptom or moment. I'm currently seeing clients in Florida and welcome the chance to build a long term relationship with you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm and open minded, and I try to look at the whole person rather than one issue at a time. I draw on decades of clinical experience to help clients feel truly heard, and I adjust my style to fit what each person actually needs from our work together.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll take time to get to know each other and talk through what brought you to therapy. I'll ask about your history and current concerns, including anxiety, depression, or PTSD symptoms you may be experiencing, so we can build a plan that fits your life.
