Great to meet you!

You will learn how to get things done at school, socially, at work, or at home. I can help you know what to do when you are procrastinating. You will figure out how to face what you are avoiding. Working together, we will go on a journey to help you feel better. I have decades of experience working with teens, young adults, and parents, especially with academic concerns or executive functioning.

My approach to therapy

My style is best described as collaborative, compassionate, and insight-oriented. Clients value my directness and honesty. I have a non-judgmental attitude, an open mind, and warmth. I like to work together on where you have come from, where you are going, and how we can help you get there.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is called an assessment. I have to gather information about what you want to work on in therapy. I encourage you to look at me, or any therapist, to see how you feel and whether we might be a good fit to work together.
