Great to meet you!

am a self-advocate and activist with over ten years personal and professional social work and community organizing experience. As a Coach and Counselor in Queer and Disability communities I understand the specific structural barriers people with diverse identities face. My approach is an alternative to ABA, Positive Behavior Therapies and other Conversion Therapies because I values you for who you are. I bring a Neurodiversity and Disability pride perspective to coaching and counseling by sharing knowledge of history, theory, and social models.

My approach to therapy

Counseling can be a very helpful tool for discovering what you need or want to change. Coaching can be a very helpful tool for making that change. I believe that through partnership and self determination you can take charge of your life. I can help you address your immediate needs to make positive change in personal and professional areas.

What you can expect from me

Counseling and Coaching can take place in your home, over video call, or wherever you feel comfortable. I offer in-person, telephone, and video call services depending on your location. Sessions are generally an hour long and include a check in, processing, and setting goals.
