Great to meet you!

Hi there! My name is Jane, and I am a therapist dedicated to helping individuals cope with anxiety, depression, PTSD, family conflict or stressful life changes. Life can bring tough times, and no one should have to navigate the difficult parts alone. I am down-to-earth and completely non-judgmental. I would love to be given the opportunity to hear your story and help you get to a better emotional space.

My approach to therapy

I have been told my therapeutic personality is a good mix of approachable, yet challenging. I am client-centered, strength-based, and solution-focused in my work. I mostly use CBT and DBT techniques, but I am not limited to these. I can offer an unbiased perspective to any stressors you are going through, or, I can be an ear for you to vent to. If interested, I would love to assist you with developing a "toolkit" of coping skills to turn to when you cannot manage your emotions in a healthy way.

What you can expect from me

I hope to give my clients the strength and skills to feel empowered, grounded, and aware of their worth.
