Great to meet you!

At the age of eleven, I knew that I wanted to be a therapist. Sure, that career aspiration got pushed aside a few times, but I came back to it. I graduated with a MS in Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Florida and became a LMHC in 2014. My professional focus has been working with children, families, and couples. Throughout my career, I enjoy working with individuals of all ages who experience anxiety, depression, relationship tension, parenting challenges, and trauma.

My approach to therapy

Life can be tough, but so are you. You might not know it yet, but every obstacle you face, you will overcome it. I will partner with you to tap into your inner strengths and give you the tools you need to find strength when you least expect it. These tools are individualized to you, but generally draw from theories and interventions, like CBT, Gottman, Solution-Focused, and Emotion Focused Family Therapy.

What you can expect from me

From the moment you walk in my door, I partner with you. We work together to create goals that you want to accomplish and I provide you with the tools and interventions you need to fulfill those goals.
