Over the last decade, I’ve supported individuals and families through some of life’s most tender and challenging moments — from welcoming new life to coping with serious illness and even end-of-life transitions. That work has shaped the heart of my practice: a deep belief in the power of presence, empathy, and human connection.
Today, my focus is on supporting women who are navigating depression, anxiety, identity shifts, burnout, and big life transitions — including motherhood, career changes, relationship challenges, or feeling lost in the midst of it all. I’m here to listen without judgment, to gently challenge you when needed, and to support you every step of the way.
