Great to meet you!

With over 20 years of experience, I’ve worked with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, family conflict, and trauma. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and at times includes gentle humor to help you feel at ease. I believe we’re all doing the best we can—and sometimes having someone alongside you can make it easier to sort through challenges and find more effective ways to move forward.

My approach to therapy

I use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and a person-centered approach to help you build skills, increase self-awareness, and find more balance. I also integrate mindfulness to support working with emotions and strengthening the mind-body connection.

This means our sessions are not just about talking through concerns—we’ll also focus on developing practical tools you can use in your daily life. When it feels like a good fit, I may incorporate creative, projective techniques (including tarot-based reflection) to help explore thoughts, patterns, and perspectives in a different way.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a welcoming and supportive space where you can be yourself and share at your own pace. We’ll begin getting to know what brings you in and start identifying what success looks like for you. Therapy is a collaborative process, and from the start, we’ll work as a team to understand your goals and needs.

You’ll also leave with practical tools or strategies you can begin using right away to better manage emotions, navigate thoughts, and improve communication.
