Great to meet you!

believe mental health care should be a collaborative and supportive experience where clients feel heard, respected, and understood. I work with children, adolescents, and adults ages 10 and older experiencing concerns such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, and other mental health challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach is personalized, evidence-based, and holistic, focusing on each client’s unique needs, strengths, and goals. Together, we create a treatment plan that may include medication management, supportive therapy, education, and lifestyle strategies to promote lasting wellness.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will take time to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to treatment. I will ask questions about your current concerns, symptoms, medical and mental health history, lifestyle, and goals for care. My goal is to create a comfortable, judgment-free environment where you feel safe sharing your experiences. By the end of the appointment, we will discuss recommendations, answer any questions you may have, and develop a plan tailored to your individual needs so you can move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
