Great to meet you!

I earned an MA in School Counseling from UT Tyler, completed state licensure requirements for LPC from LeTourneau University in 2019, and have served as an LPC since 2021. My education and personal experience have uniquely equipped me to offer insightful and culturally sensitive counseling with a faith based foundation. I integrate and utilize many different counseling methods such as CBT, EMDR, and other insight-oriented therapies which are all tailored to your individual needs and goals.

My approach to therapy

Together we will learn to build trust as we work together to break off set ideals and insurmountable expectations, heal our brokenness, and dismantle the power of our past. Our brokenness may range from depression, anxiety, grief, bitterness, addictions, mental and emotional anguish and instability that have been brought on by different variables such as trauma, general life and/or the demands the world and our own selves have put upon us.

What you can expect from me

Come and share your burdens with me and break free into weightless grace and wholeness, develop unshakable hope, peaceful joy, and strong self value and belief. Come learn how to cultivate a wholly nurtured blossoming self by practically developing self gratitude and appreciation and honor for your experiences. We are a connected community, so come and choose to impart wellness and healing that outreaches a legacy of empowerment onto your entire community as you become your best whole self.
