With 20 years of experience, including work in schools and rehab, I offer an active, solution-focused approach. By blending CBT, DBT, and mindfulness, we focus on the "how" of healing rather than just the "why". I provide practical tools to help you build resilience and achieve your goals in a supportive, goal-oriented environment.
I meet the client where they are at mentally and let them guide the session. We will create long term and short term goals together. I want the client to feel safe and comfortable from the beginning.
