Great to meet you!

Earning your trust and walking alongside you as you establish a secure, empowering foundation for your care is an honor I hold deeply. I am passionate about helping adults who feel “stuck” break free from patterns that no longer serve them. Over the past four years of my practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my focus has been on supporting individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, chronic stress, or major life transitions. Having earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Denver, I offer a compassionate and collaborative space where curiosity, grace, and healing can unfold. Whether we meet virtually or in person at my Wheat Ridge office, my aim is to help you reconnect with your strengths, find clarity, and move toward a more grounded, empowered version of yourself.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy through a trauma-informed lens, always working to uncover and address the root causes of distress rather than just the symptoms. I believe that true emotional growth blossoms when we blend evidence-based clinical interventions with a deeply human, authentic connection. To tailor treatment to each individual’s unique needs and goals, I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and integrate a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and somatic approaches. By combining these proven methods with warmth and humor, we can work together to map out tangible goals that translate into lasting, meaningful change in your daily life.

What you can expect from me

Taking that first step toward healing takes immense courage, and my hope is that our initial meeting provides a quiet space for you to pause and step away from the heavy demands of your daily stress. I know the first session can feel intimidating, so I prioritize keeping the environment warm, inviting, and completely free of judgment. While this initial consultation is a little more structured than other sessions, I let you take the lead on your level of comfort with how much you desire to share. We will gently explore your history, symptoms, and the reasons you are seeking support at a natural pace that respects your boundaries. By the end of our time together, I will work with you to identify your client-centered goals and share my ideas of how we may proceed collaboratively on your healing journey.
