Great to meet you!

For years, I’ve worked alongside individuals, couples, and families as they heal, grow, and reconnect. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who helps clients manage anxiety, depression, addiction, and relationship struggles while navigating life’s many transitions. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where real change can happen.

My approach to therapy

Are you exhausted from carrying the heavy, unspoken expectations of your family, your culture, or your workplace? For individuals and couples of color, the feeling of being unseen and unheard is often a systemic weight you were never meant to bear alone.

As a family systems and trauma-informed therapist, I specialize in helping clients dismantle false responsibility: the anxieties, guilt, and ancestral patterns passed down through generations that simply do not belong to you.

What you can expect from me

I am an active, collaborative clinician. My gift is pattern recognition: I help you piece together the complex puzzle of your life and relationships. We don’t just talk about the past; I ground our deep healing with practical tools. I hand you the literal scripts and behavioral strategies you need to practice healthy boundaries safely and effectively in the real world.

Whether you are an individual trying to unburden your psyche or a couple fighting to truly hear each other over generational conditioning, I provide the structure and support to help you reclaim your voice, your peace, and your autonomy.
