I am a LPC in Colorado working as a psychotherapist. I have practice therapy in both Chicago and Colorado. I have worked in many settings including crisis, ER, school based care. I have experience working with individuals from elementary school to adulthood. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career and social challenges. I've helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.

My approach to therapy is to create safety for the client to be there most authentic self. I've worked in many different environments while in mental health and have seen a lot of things. What I know best is people grow when the don't feel judge.

The client should walk away knowing more about themselves and what works best for them.
