Great to meet you!

Over the past 30 years, it has been a privilege to work with individuals seeking guidance during challenging times. I approach therapy with empathy, respect, and compassion. Integrating biblical principles with evidence-based clinical practices to provide a holistic therapeutic experience. My goal is to create a safe and trusting environment where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow. I specialize in supporting women and men who are navigating significant life transitions, as well as individuals experiencing grief and loss. I am certified in grief counseling.

I hold a Master of Social Work from the University of Illinois at Chicago, a Master of Education in Administration from Concordia University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Certified Christian Life Coach.

My approach to therapy

I work with children, adults, and couples using a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), to support healing and growth.
