Great to meet you!

I believe healing happens in a space where you feel seen, supported, and understood. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) with Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with over 12 years of experience working with children, youth, and families.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in compassion, connection, and the belief that every individual and family has strengths that can be built upon to create meaningful change. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an evidence-based approach designed to help individuals process trauma, reduce distress, and experience relief more quickly. My work is grounded in trauma-informed, strengths-based care, ensuring that each individual feels safe, respected, and supported throughout the healing process.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on creating a safe and supportive space where you can share at your own pace. We’ll talk about your current challenges, your strengths, and what you hope to gain from therapy. I take a trauma-informed, collaborative approach, meeting you where you are without pressure or judgment. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals and next steps that feel empowering and achievable.
