Great to meet you!

As a Licensed MFT, I believe mental health is a foundation to a happy and healthy life overall. I have 15 years of experience in the mental health field, both in leadership and clinical practice. I love what I do because it's a blessing to get to hear people's stories and see growth on a daily basis!

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe everyone has the ability to change and become who they want to be; sometimes you just need the right person to support you along the way. My goal is to build the right therapeutic relationship with you to support you along your journey to change. I bring my whole authentic self into therapy and provide an open, judgement-free, safe space; while also challenging and empowering you so you can make the progress you want to see and feel from therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

I begin by getting to know you and what you want out of your therapy journey. You can expect a safe environment that allows for vulnerability and authenticity. You can expect a straight-forward style with some humor that allows you to feel comfortable and supported as we work towards your goals together.
