Great to meet you!

I’ve been practicing therapy for 8 years and I work with individuals 21 years and older who experience depression, anxiety, trauma, self esteem issues and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I help my clients gain a deeper level of self understanding, recognize old patterns that need to be unlearned, and find new healthier patterns to help improve their day to day life. I use CBT, narrative, EMDR and client centered modalities to help my clients in this process.

I believe the connection between client and therapist is vital to the therapeutic process. So I offer a free 30 minute phone consultation to give clients the opportunity to ask questions before starting our work together.

What you can expect from me

I provide an atmosphere where you can experience the freedom to share your story without judgement. It’s important to have a place to be listened to and to be understood with care and compassion. I’ll help you discover new options and support you as you make decisions that connect you with your values and beliefs and help you navigate difficulties in your life.
