Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with youth and adults involved in the criminal justice system, as well as adults and families who work within the system itself. My approach focuses on helping clients develop the skills, insight, and confidence needed to build the life they want moving forward, while addressing the underlying challenges that may have contributed to past struggles. With more than 20 years of experience in this field, I believe meaningful change is possible when people are met with accountability, support, and the opportunity to grow.

My approach to therapy

I use an integrative therapeutic approach that combines strengths-based therapy, trauma-informed care, reality therapy, and systems-aware practices to support meaningful and lasting change. My work is grounded in helping clients recognize their resilience, understand the impact of past experiences, strengthen decision-making skills, and navigate the personal, family, and systemic pressures that can affect growth and well-being.

What you can expect from me

I work collaboratively with clients to identify what they want to achieve. I help clients break down large goals into manageable steps while celebrating small victories along the way. I focus on building the client's capacity to navigate life's challenges more effectively.
