In my clinical and professional career, I have dedicated my skills to serving individuals across various age groups in outpatient, non-profit, and academic settings. With a genuine sense of compassion, I try to empathize deeply with my clients' challenges and I prioritize building strong, authentic relationships. Through emphasizing transparency and authenticity, I tailor my therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of you and your family. I am known for my flesilbility, person-centered focus, and strengths-based perspective, entabling me to address a wide range of concerns effectively. I have experience in working with anxiety, depression, PTSD, C-PTSD, OCD, abuse, anger, suicidal ideation, relationship issues, family conflict, co-parenting, abuse, ADHD, and a special focus on grief and loss.

My approach to therapy

I present with valuable experience in treating children with various challenges, including anger management, mood disorders, ADHD, OCD, and more. I am additionally skilled in Child-Centered Play Therapy and utilize therapeutic sand tray modalities with tween and teen clients. Certified as a Child & Adolescent Grief Counseling Specialist (CGCS-CA), I offer compassionate support to individuals and families coping with the loss of a loved one.

I also specialize in predominantly Person-Centered approaches according to psychologist Dr. Carl Rogers. I additionally utilize modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Theory, Mindfulness based techniques and a special focus on Expressive Arts Therapy.
