Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming at times, and you don't have to navigate it alone. You may be experiencing anxiety, depression, panic attacks, identity concerns, relationship difficulties, or feeling weighed down by stress and life transitions. Sometimes it can feel like you're carrying so much that it's difficult to know where to begin. I work with adults, seniors, children, and families navigating anxiety, depression, panic disorders, trauma, grief and loss, bipolar disorder, relationship challenges, family concerns, women's issues, and identity-related experiences. I also provide affirming support for transgender and LGBTQIA+ individuals seeking a safe and compassionate space. With a whole-person approach, my goal is to help you gain clarity, strengthen your emotional well-being, and develop the tools needed to move through life's challenges with greater confidence, balance, and self-understanding.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in helping clients create realistic and meaningful change. I believe healing involves understanding the patterns, thoughts, and experiences that may be contributing to emotional distress while building practical tools that support long-term growth. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Seeking Safety, Cognitive Behavioral Family Therapy, Behavioral Management, Play Therapy, and Relational approaches to tailor treatment to each person's unique needs. Together, we'll identify obstacles that may be keeping you stuck and create a path forward that feels achievable and aligned with your goals. My focus is on helping clients feel empowered, supported, and capable of creating lasting change.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, affirming, and solution-focused environment where you feel safe, heard, and respected from the very beginning. During our first session, we'll explore what has brought you to therapy, discuss the goals that matter most to you, and create a plan that reflects your unique needs and values. I believe therapy should be a collaborative process built on trust, honesty, and compassion. Together, we'll develop practical tools that support healing and growth while helping you navigate life's challenges with greater clarity and confidence. My hope is that you leave therapy feeling empowered, understood, and better equipped to create the life you want for yourself.
