Great to meet you!

I have a passion for helping individuals navigate life's challenges. I am dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment where my clients can explore their concerns and work towards positive change. Whether it's coping with stress, life transitions, addressing self-esteem issues, or navigating cultural difficulties, I am committed to helping clients build resilience and find inner strength.

I graduated from California State University Fullerton with my Bachelor’s in Sociology and minor in Child Adolescent Development. I pursued my Master’s degree at University of Southern California for Marriage and Family Therapy. I have experience providing services with non-profit community mental health organizations, school-based systems, and government institutions. I often use Cognitive-Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, and Trauma-Informed principles.

My approach to therapy

I take an integrative and person-centered approach, tailoring my therapeutic techniques to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual or couple. By combining evidence-based practices with a warm, compassionate and non-judgmental attitude, I strive to create a collaborative therapeutic relationship that fosters growth and healing. My ultimate objective is to empower my clients to overcome obstacles, improve their relationships, and cultivate a sense of self-awareness. Together, my clients will work towards unlocking your potential and achieving a more fulfilling and balanced life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is all about setting a comfortable foundation. I strive to create a warm, friendly, and nonjudgmental environment—a safe space where you can show up exactly as you are, without any pressure.

Our initial time together is highly collaborative. Rather than a rigid interview, it’s an open conversation where we will:

  • Get to know each other and build a sense of trust.
  • Discuss what brought you to therapy and explore your unique history.
  • Begin shaping your personal goals for our work together.
