Great to meet you!

Hi there — I'm a psychiatric nurse practitioner with 7 years of experience working with adults dealing with a wide range of concerns like anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and trauma. I focus on medication management and believe in taking the time to explain how medications work, what side effects to watch for, and how we’ll check in to make sure things are going in the right direction. My goal is to make you feel heard, supported, and comfortable every step of the way as we figure out what works best for you—always with your preferences and choices at the center of the plan.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, patient-centered, and grounded in evidence-based practice. I take the time to get to know you, understand your concerns, and explore what you're hoping to get out of treatment. I focus on medication management and work with you to find options that are safe, effective, and aligned with your goals. I believe in clear communication, regular follow-up, and creating a space where you feel heard and supported as we navigate your care together.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave each session feeling heard, informed, and supported. I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where we can openly discuss what’s working, what’s not, and adjust the treatment plan as needed. You’ll gain a better understanding of your symptoms, how medications may help, and feel more confident in making choices that support your mental health and overall well-being.
