Great to meet you!
As a Louisiana native and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I am passionate about helping individuals, groups and families navigate life's challenges while building resilience, confidence, and meaningful change. I have experience working with adolescents, adults, veterans, and families across a variety of clinical settings, including inpatient psychiatric care, outpatient clinics, substance use treatment programs, mental health rehabilitation, correctional rehabilitation facilities, and school-based services. I am also trained in EMDR and utilize evidence-based approaches tailored to each client's unique needs.
I believe therapy is a collaborative process where healing, self-discovery, and growth can take place in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment. Together, we can work to strengthen self-esteem, heal from trauma and attachment wounds, manage anxiety and depression, improve emotional regulation, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and process grief, loss, and mood-related concerns.
Throughout my career, I have supported clients facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, family transitions, low self-worth, substance use concerns, bipolar disorders, personality disorders, and other life stressors. My goal is to help clients gain insight, develop practical coping strategies, and create lasting change that enhances their overall well-being and relationships.
It is a privilege to walk alongside clients on their journey toward healing and personal growth. I strive to bring authenticity, compassion, and honesty to the therapeutic relationship while gently challenging the beliefs, thoughts, and emotional patterns that may be standing in the way of the life you want to live. Whether you're seeking relief from emotional pain, navigating a difficult transition, or looking to deepen your understanding of yourself, I am here to support you every step of the way.
