Great to meet you!

My journey into the mental health field began from my curiosity about human resilience. Over the course of my career, I have worked across diverse clinical settings—ranging from high-intensity crisis environments to outpatient therapy—allowing me to develop a versatile, adaptive, and highly responsive approach to care.

My approach to therapy

I believe that therapy should be a collaborative, down-to-earth partnership where you feel genuinely seen and supported. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where we can tackle your biggest challenges head-on and build practical tools for lasting change. I anchor my practice heavily in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills.

What you can expect from me

Whether you are trying to stabilize during a difficult season or looking to rescue a struggling marriage, we will work at a pace that honors your story while actively building the concrete skills you need to thrive. I am deeply comfortable stepping into the storm with you when your symptoms, stressors, or crises feel at their highest and most urgent.
