Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with dual master’s degrees in Social Work and Education from Washington University in St. Louis. I’m passionate about working with children, adolescents, and young adults and helping them feel understood, empowered, and confident in who they are.

I believe therapy should be a space where you feel safe to show up exactly as you are—without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. I strive to create a warm, supportive environment where clients feel genuinely seen and heard. Together, we can explore challenges, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you navigate life with greater confidence and resilience.

When I’m not in the therapy room, I enjoy dancing, traveling, discovering new restaurants, reading, and spending time with my family. It’s a privilege to support clients through their unique journeys, and I look forward to getting to know you and working alongside you toward the life you want to create.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I believe that meaningful progress begins with feeling comfortable, understood, and supported, so I take time to build genuine relationships with my clients and meet them where they are.

I have a particular interest in supporting children, adolescents, and young adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma and PTSD, low self-esteem, difficulty with motivation, and challenges with self-care or social skills. I help clients build greater self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, develop confidence, and learn healthier ways to manage difficult emotions and life’s challenges. I use therapy approaches, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, TF-CBT, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Attachment-Based Therapy, and Play Therapy.

Above all, I want therapy to feel like a space where you can be honest, ask questions, work through challenges at your own pace, and recognize your own strengths. My goal is not simply to help you get through a difficult season, but to give you tools and confidence that you can carry with you beyond the therapy room.

What you can expect from me

I work collaboratively with each client to identify their goals, better understand the challenges they’re facing, and develop practical strategies that fit their individual needs and lives. From the beginning, I am working to create a warm, supportive environment where clients feel genuinely seen and heard. In our first session, we'll talk through what brought you here and what you're hoping will feel different. I'll ask questions, listen closely, and we'll start shaping goals together, at your pace, with no pressure to have it all figured out. Most clients leave session one feeling like they were actually heard, often for the first time in a while, and that's the foundation everything else builds on.
