Great to meet you!

I know what it’s like to carry a lot—old wounds that still ache, memories from childhood that won’t stay in the past, or the day-to-day weight of anxiety and depression. You might look “put together” on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, numb, or exhausted on the inside. In our work together, I offer a quiet, judgment-free space where you can slow down, be honest about how you’re really doing, and begin to lay some of those burdens down.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in trauma and childhood trauma, as well as the depression and anxiety that so often follow. I’m a deeply present listener and a thoughtful, reflective partner in your healing. Together, we’ll make sense of your experiences, notice patterns that no longer serve you, and gently practice new ways of relating to yourself and others.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me is compassionate, steady, and at your pace—there is no “right way” to heal here. You don’t have to carry everything alone. If you’re ready to feel a little more grounded and a little less weighed down, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
