Great to meet you!
I have been a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 2013. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, one that can help you better understand yourself, navigate difficult emotions, and create meaningful change in your life. I especially enjoy working with individuals experiencing anxiety, life transitions, and challenges around self-worth and identity. I have a particular passion for supporting women as they discover their strengths, develop a deeper sense of self, and step more fully into who they are and what they want for their lives. I also provide a supportive space for individuals navigating the emotional impact of antisemitism, discrimination, and experiences of being misunderstood or marginalized. Therapy can offer an opportunity to process these experiences, strengthen resilience, and reconnect with a sense of identity, meaning, and belonging.
