Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ adults and those navigating ADHD and Autism. As a Certified Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Specialist, I offer trauma-informed, affirming care that helps you reclaim your sense of self, heal from complex relationships, and move toward a grounded and empowered future. My therapy style is compassionate and collaborative. I work with you to uncover the patterns keeping you stuck, honor your identity and lived experience, and create practical strategies for lasting change. I am licensed in Tennessee, Washington DC, Connecticut, Indiana, and Florida providing affirming telehealth therapy in these areas.

I specialize in LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy, ADHD & Autism support, and narcissistic abuse recovery. Using trauma-informed, compassionate care, I help clients reduce anxiety, rebuild self-trust, and create lasting change. Licensed in TN, DC, CT, IN & FL via telehealth.

You deserve more than survival. If you’re ready to break free from old patterns, embrace your neurodivergence, or heal from toxic relationships, I’ll help you move from stuck to thriving. My role is to walk beside you, challenge what holds you back, and support you in creating the life you want.

My approach to therapy

I use ACT, CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-focused work alongside relational, attachment, and narrative approaches. Sessions are active and collaborative — not just talk, but tools for real change. You'll be challenged with compassion, supported in building boundaries, and guided toward clarity, resilience, and lasting transformation.

What you can expect from me

The first session is generally for us to begin to build the foundation of our therapeutic relationship, to learn about what brings you to therapy, to begin to identify goals for growth and healing and to determine appropriate fit for ongoing work. I feel therapists are like shoes, you have to try them on until you find the perfect fit.
