Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Janet and from my years of experience as a Psychiatric provider I know how rare it is for clients to feel truly heard. So, I make it a point to show up for my clients with my full presence. When you share your heart with me, I slow down, focus, and give you my real attention—no rushing, no assumptions, no quick “Why don’t you just...?” solutions. I believe that sometimes the most powerful thing I can do is listen deeply so you don’t feel minimized or brushed aside. I put myself in your shoes, because I know how frustrating it is to feel like you’ve already tried everything and a provider still offers the same standard options that haven’t worked for you. My goal is to understand where you’ve been, what you’ve carried alone, and what you genuinely need next.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in diagnosing and treating a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and trauma-related disorders.

My style is warm, attentive, and grounded in mutual trust. I offer therapy alongside medication management, or therapy alone if that’s what fits your journey best.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect open communication, shared decision-making, and a focus on long-term well-being and not just quick fixes. I believe that progress happens through partnership, and I am here to guide you through challenges, to celebrate your growth, and help you build a healthier, more balanced life. Most of all, I want our work together to feel like a safe, human connection where your story actually matters.
