Great to meet you!

So glad you are here!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I believe prioritizing mental health is key to growth and happiness in life. I am proud of you for taking the first step. I've been in the counseling field for 11 years working in both the school setting and private practice. My main focus is children and young adults ages 5-25 who are struggling with major life events, anxiety, and school related issues.

My approach to therapy

I will be your partner through your therapeutic journey, creating a unique and individualized approach to care together. It is important to me that you feel respected and valued as we work together to reach your therapeutic goals.

What you can expect from me

Our first session you will see us getting to know each other while you share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. Don't worry, we will work through this story together as you need! I strive to create an environment filled with warmth and understanding as we work together in the sessions that follow to reach your goals.
