Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Janet Reynoso, and I am a licensed therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals and families through a variety of life challenges. Since 2011, I have worked in social services, and I became a licensed clinician in 2017. My background includes working with survivors of domestic violence, sexual abuse, and human trafficking, as well as providing care in ADHD clinics, group homes, and addiction treatment facilities. I have experience with both children and adults, and my recent work has focused on adults in substance use disorder treatment and providing telehealth therapy for a diverse range of mental health needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, compassionate, and client-centered. I believe in meeting clients where they are and creating a safe, supportive environment where healing and growth can occur. I draw from my broad experience in trauma, addiction, and family systems to tailor my interventions to each individual’s unique needs. I value flexibility and autonomy in my practice, and I strive to empower my clients to take an active role in their own healing journey.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming space where we will get to know each other and discuss your goals for therapy. I will ask questions to better understand your background, current challenges, and what you hope to achieve. My goal is to ensure you feel heard, respected, and supported from the very beginning, and to work collaboratively with you to develop a plan that fits your needs and helps you move forward.
