Great to meet you!

Hi there, I'm Janet! I support adults and youth navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, abuse, life transitions, relationship concerns, and everyday stress. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or ready for a change, I’m here to help you find your way toward a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling. I offer a warm, accepting space where you can feel understood, build on your strengths, and take meaningful steps forward. I also speak Spanish.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to you. I don’t believe one therapy style fits everyone, so I draw from cognitive behavioral, trauma-focused, narrative, and solution-focused therapies. Together, we’ll explore what’s working, identify what you want to change, and build practical tools that support your goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll get to know each other, discuss what brings you to therapy, and explore what you hope to gain. You can share at your own pace in a calm, judgment-free space. I’ll listen with empathy, answer your questions, and help us create a plan that fits your needs. Reach out today to take the first step toward feeling supported.
