Great to meet you!

Are you taking care of others but don't seem to find the time to take care of yourself? Do you seem strong to everyone else but feel disconnected from the person you used to be? Are you struggling to just survive and breathe? Do you need support managing the role of caregiver, sandwich generation challenges, personal health issues, loss, grief, bereavement, or isolation? Do you face a life transition or transition to retirement? Our time together will focus on finding your strength, building resilience, re-connecting to your own creative spark again. Let's work together to lift your spirits and find some peace.

My approach to therapy

In my 38 years of professional experience as a Licensed Psychologist and Educator, I take a multi-modal approach to treatment and healing which simply means, to use whatever works best for you. I have run mental health services for over 30 years and helped educate mental health professionals at every level. My lived experience of supporting a neuro-divergent young adult, taking care of a parent with dementia, and caregiving a chronically ill spouse while remembering to breathe puts me in a unique position to assist you as you navigate your own life's challenges.

What you can expect from me

I offer a space of warmth, understanding and respect. We'll take a healing-centered approach to explore your concerns and develop strategies for self-compassion and self-care. I love to use creative expression as a tool for insight if you are open to it. I'll follow your lead.
