Great to meet you!

I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Substance Use Professional. I'm passionate about helping the world be a better place, one human at a time. I've been trained in Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing trauma therapy and other theories to assist you in healing.

My approach to therapy

I genuinely believe in your innate sense of what is right for you and the transformative power of therapy. Finding the counselor and the therapy that fits your life is an important step. My goal is to co-create a trusting relationship and a safe space for you to experience the growth and changes you are seeking. You can gain perspective, reclaim your strengths, understand why certain patterns arise and help change those patterns.

What you can expect from me

Together, we will reduce stress, anxiety, depression, grief; strengthen relationships; decrease effects of past traumas, and internal conflict.; build self-esteem and a better emotional state; enhance intimacy, foster self-discovery; and help to improve your overall quality of life.

We may even laugh!
