Hi, I am Janet. I am a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 12 years of experience in healthcare. I work with adults and adolescents, and I especially enjoy supporting teens as they navigate mental health challenges with care, honesty, and compassion. My goal is to help each client feel understood, supported, and empowered as they move toward better mental health and overall well-being.
I believe that every person experiences mental health differently, so I take time to really listen and understand your story. My approach is warm, open-minded, and solution-oriented, combining evidence-based psychiatric evaluations and medication management with compassionate, judgment-free support. I treat concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, trauma, mood disorders, stress, and a wide range of other mental health needs in a way that feels collaborative and personalized.
In our first sessions, you can expect a welcoming space where you have time to share your experiences, ask questions, and talk openly about what has been going on. I want you to feel heard, respected, and comfortable as we begin building a plan that fits your needs and goals. Starting care can feel like a big step, but you do not have to do it alone.
