Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate and trauma-informed therapist who is passionate about supporting people through transitions and challenges of life. I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and understood as your authentic self. I specialize in women's mental health and perinatal mental health, supporting clients through pregnancy, postpartum, PMDD, PMS, birth trauma, pregnancy loss, anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, relationship challenges, life transitions and stress. I also have a passion for helping individuals heal from trauma and develop healthier ways of navigating difficult experiences.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, and collaborative and individualized to each client. I believe therapy should be a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be honest about what you're experiencing and feel truly heard and understood. I work alongside my clients to understand their experiences, identify their goals, and develop practical tools for navigating life's challenges. I use evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, EMDR, Trauma-Informed Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, tailoring treatment to each person's unique needs. My goal is to help you build resilience, strengthen coping skills, establish healthy boundaries and feel more connected to yourself.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin creating a comfortable, trusting space for therapy. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you've been experiencing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. You can expect a warm, compassionate environment where you can share at your own pace. Together, we'll work on identifying your goals and exploring ways therapy can best support you. You don't need to have everything figured out before you start, my goal is to meet you where you are and take the first steps toward healing together.
