Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with extensive experience, I am passionate about helping individuals and families find healing, connection, and growth. My work is rooted in trauma-informed and person-centered care, emphasizing empathy, respect, and the belief that each person has the capacity for growth and change.

I specialize in Synergetic Play Therapy, equine-assisted psychotherapy, and parent coaching. With a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, I create a supportive and collaborative therapeutic environment where clients feel welcomed and understood. Therapy with me is an empowering process—providing both the space and guidance needed for clients to explore their experiences, strengthen resilience, and move toward lasting wellbeing

My approach to therapy

I offer a variety of evidence-based counseling services, including Equine Assisted Psychotherapy and Synergetic Play Therapy. I also offer specialized services for children and adolescents, as well as their caregivers and families.

What you can expect from me

Your first therapy session with me is a gentle introduction to the therapeutic process and an opportunity to begin building a trusting relationship. I focus on creating a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. During this time, we will explore what has brought you to therapy, talk about your goals, and begin to understand your experiences and concerns. My approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, meaning you will be met with compassion, curiosity, and respect for your unique story. The first session is not about having all the answers—it is about creating space for your feelings, beginning to feel supported, and starting a collaborative journey toward healing and growth.
