Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am a health psychologist who is interested in helping people reach their maximum potential in their physical, mental, and spiritual health. I believe that counseling can promote self-efficacy, healing, peace, hope, and a sense of purpose. I believe that individuals are created wonderfully in body, mind, and spirit. In order to reach full potential of health, each domain must be addressed for whole body wellness. I practice with the intent of finding natural solutions to wellness.

My approach to therapy

Some of my methods include but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy, hypnotherapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness training, prayer, nutrition, as well as referrals to massage therapy, neurofeedback therapy, nutrition infusion therapy, and acupuncture/acupressure therapy.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that clients will take away a sense of wholeness and peace after a session using one or more of the modalities utilized in their session.
