I have a Bachelor's degree from Washington University in St. Louis and an MSSW from UT School of Social Work. My clients include children, adolescents and adults. I enjoy helping couples navigate their relationship and families resolve conflict. I serve the military and people who have had trauma. Anxiety is a major theme in treating people today.

Having helped clients improve the quality of their lives for over 30 years, I am committed to continuing to provide an environment in which clients feel comfortable to resolve issues, decrease stress and feel hopeful about the future.

Clients can feel hopeful and a sense of relief. They can look to the future with confidence. Having clients feelings validated and that they have been heard is a major goal of our counseling sessions.
