Great to meet you!

Therapy can be like going on an emotional journey together in which I will use an eclectic combination of clinical theories and techniques to help guide my work. My hope is to help you get to know yourself better and learn how to step into your whole authentic self. In this journey of life, therapy can serve as a guide to help you be mindful of your own experiences, future aspirations, as well as identify inner resources and strengths to begin towards the path of peace, hope, and healing.

My approach to therapy

I understand the day-to-day life stressors that people may encounter and how the feelings of stress, anxiety, and depression can be consuming or may affect your life. Mental health wellness starts with a calm mindset, becoming aware of the thought patterns that do not serve you, and having someone to truly listen to you. I sit with you and let you guide the healing process.

What you can expect from me

I regularly work with individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, parenting difficulties, and trauma. I believe counseling should be a mixture of acquiring new life skills, accepting our selves and others and getting the support to challenge the beliefs that are not working in our lives.
