Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Janeth, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a background in both medical and psychiatric nursing. I earned my master’s degree in psychiatric mental health nursing from Maryville University and provide compassionate, personalized care for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, sleep difficulties, and other mental health concerns. I believe treatment should feel collaborative and comfortable, so I take the time to listen, understand what you’re going through, and develop a plan that fits your individual needs. My goal is to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where you feel heard, supported, and confident in your care.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and centered around you as a whole person—not just a diagnosis. I take time to listen and understand your concerns, experiences, and goals before creating an individualized treatment plan that may include medication management, supportive therapy, education, and lifestyle strategies. I focus on building a trusting, judgment-free relationship where you feel comfortable asking questions and actively participating in decisions about your care. Together, we’ll work toward improving your symptoms, strengthening your overall well-being, and helping you feel more like yourself again.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and understand what brings you to care. We’ll talk about your current concerns, medical and mental health history, medications, lifestyle, background, and the goals you would like to work toward. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace and asking questions. By the end of the visit, we’ll work together to develop a personalized treatment plan and clear next steps that feel right for you.
