Great to meet you!
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Texas with extensive experience supporting individuals and families across a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and situational challenges. For over a decade, I have worked in school districts, higher education, community agencies, and crisis intervention settings, helping clients navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, parenting stress, academic and career concerns, and life transitions. I am also bilingual in English and Spanish, which allows me to serve diverse communities with cultural sensitivity and deeper connection.
My background includes significant experience in crisis intervention, behavioral assessment, case management, and supportive counseling for adolescents, young adults, and adults. I have worked closely with clients experiencing suicidal ideation, domestic violence, emotional abuse, homelessness, and significant social or academic stressors. In addition, I have developed psychoeducational programs, supervised interns, and collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic and trauma-informed care.
